all indian society for electronics and computer technology, also known as aisect university, was established in 2016 as a private university in jharkhand. the university was established by the aisect foundation through the aisect university act, 2016. aisect university is approved by ugc under section (2f) of the ugc act 1956. aisect university jharkhand offers various undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma courses in the fields of agriculture, science, commerce, computer science & it, arts, management, journalism & mass communication, yoga & naturopathy, fine arts, and performing arts.â aisect university course listâ includes bfa, bca, b.sc, bba, ba, b.lib, and bpa at the undergraduate level. while at the postgraduate level, the university offers ma, mca, m.com, pgdca, mba, etc.â 

for aisect university admissions, the candidate may apply through the university's official website. the university conducts the pan-india entrance exam, 'aisect join entrance exam (ajee)’. the admissions to ug and pg programmes are made based on marks scored by the candidate in the last qualifying examination. aisect university offers placement to its graduating students in their relevant field of study. in addition, the university also offers scholarships on the basis of past academic performance, social category, and type of course.â 

there are 11 schools that run under aisect university, namely, faculty of management, faculty of fine arts, faculty of commerce, faculty of computer science and it, faculty of performing arts, the faculty of agriculture, faculty of arts and humanities, faculty of yoga & naturopathy, faculty of journalism, faculty of science, and faculty of engineering. aisect university campus offers numerous facilities to ensure the comfortable living of its students, such as hostel, transportation, cafeteria, events, housing & dining, health & safety, sports facilities, etc. aisect university received various awards, such as the assocham excellence awards 2022, best education services provider award 2023, csr top university, and best education services provider award 2023.
