dronacharya college of engineering (dce), gurugram, was established in 1998 and has continuously acted as a change leader in technical higher education in india with a sustained commitment to academic and professional excellence. we are affiliated with gurugram university, haryana, and approved with the all india council for technical education (aicte), new delhi. dronacharya college offers undergraduate (b.tech) and postgraduate (m.tech) programs in various fields of engineering.

dce has been recognized in the "excellent" band under the category "colleges/institutes (private/self-financed) (technical)" in the prestigious atal ranking of institutions on innovation achievement (ariia) 2021.the college takes immense pride in its students’ achievements:

• awarded the chanakya fellowship worth ₹4 lakh by ihub (iit roorkee).
• winners of the smart india hackathon – hardware edition, securing a cash prize of ₹1 lakh.
• champions of the india finals of microsoft imagine cup 2023.

dce has signed a memorandum of understanding (mou) with the kyushu institute of technology, japan, to undertake a joint collaborative research programme, fostering global academic and research partnerships.

the college hosts dedicated units like the entrepreneurship development cell (edc) and the consultancy development centre (cdc), supported by the department of science and technology (dst), government of india.

further strengthening its academic infrastructure, dce holds a four-star rating t10kt remote centre status of iit bombay and iit kharagpur for short-term training programs (sttps). it also features an e-yantra robotics lab (iit bombay) and a control system lab as part of the virtual lab initiative.
